I am currently a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate in the state of North Carolina. I have been practicing in the behavioral health and substance use field since 2012. Prior to moving to North Carolina in 2023, I held a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) position in Minnesota since 2019. I’ve primarily worked with adults in both residential and outpatient settings, addressing mental health and substance use concerns.

I am passionate about helping individuals and families who have been impacted by substance use. I specialize in working with individuals navigating challenges related to recovery, everyday stress, low self-esteem, and rediscovering their identity.

Substance use doesn’t just affect the person using substances—it ripples through families and relationships. I am an ally and understand the silent struggle of those who love someone battling substance use. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, with a strong emphasis on Narrative Therapy. Through narrative techniques, I believe every person is the author of their own story—and therapy is a chance to take back the pen and begin writing a new chapter.
