Courtney Hoelmer, MA, LCAS-A
I’m a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate in North Carolina, with experience in mental health and substance use since 2012. Previously, I worked as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota, supporting adults with co-occurring disorders across residential and outpatient settings.
I work with women, young people, and parents ready to overcome challenges and build healthier lives. I specialize in substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and low self-esteem—helping you heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.
I also support loved ones affected by substance use, providing tools, guidance, and compassionate support to set boundaries, manage stress, and care for yourself while navigating this journey.
My approach centers on Narrative Therapy, supported by evidence-based practices like CBT and Trauma-Informed Care. I believe every person is the author of their own story, and therapy is a chance to take back the pen and begin a new chapter. I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
