Virtual Individual Therapy
I offer secure, confidential virtual counseling sessions designed to meet you where you are—both emotionally and physically. Whether you're navigating the challenges of substance use, working through daily stressors, or seeking support as the loved one of someone struggling with substance use, virtual therapy allows you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
I currently have availability in the mornings, afternoons, and limited evenings and weekends.
No two journeys are the same—that’s why I create personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Together, we’ll identify the areas you want to work on, whether that includes substance use, self-esteem, or life transitions. Your treatment plan is flexible and collaborative, evolving with you over time.
It’s not about fitting you into a program—it’s about building a path that fits you.
Individualized Treatment Plans
Substance Use Consultation
When someone you love is struggling with substance use, it affects the whole family. It’s common to feel lost, anxious, or unsure how to help—or if you're helping at all.
My consultations focus on education about the disease model of substance use, communication coaching, and identifying next steps. Whether you're a parent, partner, sibling, or close friend, your role matters—and so does your well-being.
You don’t have to carry this alone. Support is available for you, too.
